If you pull the foreskin further over the glans, you certainly have one inch more and get over 12 cm. I come to 13 cm with a total lose frenulum.

So right, religion or local attitudes may never be the reason for circumcision.

You did not give consent to be mutilated and lose a part of your sexual organ. Confront your parents and speak up against male genital mutilation. The importance of consent and "My body, my choice" should have been applied to men and boys. However, society finds it funny when men and boys are victims.
